I felt a need to write an email to rave about your staff and especially Olivia.
I brought in a large group on the nights of 3/19 and 3/20. Everything was spotless and ran like a well oiled machine. Your staff is well trained, accommodating and friendly. I had more contact with the girls at the front desk in the evenings at check-in and they are perfect!
I have saved the best for last, Ollivia. She went out of her way to make sure my group was treated with respect and kindness. I have heard feedback from our group and the stay at the hotel came in with only positive words. Your hotel is clean, (the cleaning staff wears smiles and greets everyone like family) and the rooms are comfortable and clean which makes for a happy stay.
I wanted to make sure that Ollivia knows how important she is to me and my company. I rely on her to make the reservations correctly, put up with my many changes and be happy to see our group. She excels in each department. Please let her know she is the best of the best and I'm very appreciative with all her efforts .
